Crockpot Pulled Pork

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 lb boneless pork tenderloine
  • 1 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 onion, sliced

Equipment

  • Crockpot/Slow Cooker

Method
 

  1. Put pork tenderloing in the bottom of the crockpot
  2. Cover with all other ingredients
  3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours
  4. Shread pulled pork with two forks and save juice to serve as gravy
